The Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award (SKEA), a flagship initiative of the Abu Dhabi Chamber, concluded the final evaluation phase for its 22nd edition, ahead of submitting results to the Board of Trustees for review and approval. The comprehensive assessment focused on tangible outcomes delivered by participating organisations and individuals, with emphasis on measurable results and the impact of development initiatives on businesses, human capital and communities. Final-stage submissions showcased private-sector contributions including national talent development, advanced technology adoption, market expansion, partnerships and community programmes with sustainable impact. The 22nd edition attracted more than 230 applications, an increase of more than 80% compared with the previous cycle. Evaluation covered talent, technology, social responsibility, entrepreneurship, supply chains and export growth. The winners will recognise organisations and individuals that demonstrated exceptional impact and sustainable value creation for the economy and society. Launched by the Abu Dhabi Chamber in 1999 and named in honour of the late Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Award continues to showcase best practices supporting Abu Dhabi’s development and competitiveness.
