Abu Dhabi Chamber has been the private sector’s most trusted institution since 1969. The policies shaped. The businesses backed. The economy built. This is what five decades of purpose looks like.

Members and Partners of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry,
Abu Dhabi Chamber has, since its establishment in 1969, served as the institutional cornerstone of the emirate’s private sector: advocating for business, shaping economic policy, and building the foundations upon which a generation of enterprise has flourished. That responsibility remains as consequential today as it has ever been.
The global economy is undergoing a period of profound structural transformation. Supply chains are being redrawn, technologies are redefining entire industries, and the expectations placed upon businesses – by markets, by governments, and by society – are evolving at pace and scale. It is precisely in this environment that the Chamber’s role becomes most critical: to ensure that Abu Dhabi’s private sector is not merely responsive to change, but strategically positioned to lead it.
To that end, we are deepening our engagement across three strategic priorities. First, the cultivation of cross-border partnerships that extend the reach and influence of our members into new markets and new opportunities. Second, the active championing of policies that create the conditions for sustainable growth, developed in close consultation with the businesses they are designed to serve. And third, the delivery of rigorous economic intelligence that enables our members to make decisions with clarity and confidence.
Underpinning all of this is our commitment to innovation and entrepreneurship as the engines of Abu Dhabi’s long-term prosperity. We are supporting businesses in their transition towards more digitally advanced, more sustainable, and more resilient operating models, aligned with the emirate’s vision for a diversified and future-ready economy.
The Abu Dhabi Chamber enters this period from a position of considerable institutional strength. Our membership base, our affiliate network, and our international partnerships provide a platform that few comparable bodies in the region can match. It is a platform we intend to deploy with ambition and purpose.
We look forward to working alongside our members, partners, and the wider business community as we pursue the shared objective of cementing Abu Dhabi’s standing as one of the world’s foremost destinations for talent, investment, and enterprise.
Abu Dhabi’s private sector is the engine of our economic diversification. The Chamber’s role is to ensure that every business, of every size, has the conditions, connections, and capabilities to succeed.
Ahmed Jasim Al Zaabi
Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry
The Chamber advocates for Abu Dhabi’s private sector at home and internationally — creating the conditions in which businesses can thrive for the long term.
Not just words on the wall.
No single team builds an economy. The Chamber works as one — pooling expertise, aligning capabilities, and moving in concert towards a single objective: the sustained prosperity of Abu Dhabi’s private sector.
The expected answer is rarely the right one. We challenge convention and build the space for bold thinking to become real solutions. Standing still is not an option. Neither is aiming small.

We are not here to do business for you. We are here to make sure you can do it better, faster, and further than before. Equipped with the right tools, our members don’t just compete — they lead.
Every business that walks through our door deserves a response worthy of their trust. No bureaucracy. No delays. Just expert service, delivered to the standard Abu Dhabi’s private sector has every right to expect.
Policy made without the private sector’s voice misses the mark. The Chamber is in the room: at every table where regulation is written, legislation is shaped, and the rules of commerce are set. Your challenges become the agenda. Your ambitions become the plan.
