Global Arbitration Leaders Convene in Abu Dhabi at arbitrateAD Annual Court Summit

The Court of Arbitration of the Abu Dhabi International Arbitration Centre (arbitrateAD) convened its flagship Annual Court Summit on 28 January 2026, in coordination with the International Bar Association’s 27th Annual IBA Arbitration Day events held in Abu Dhabi on 28–29 January. The Summit brought together senior judges, leading arbitration practitioners, policymakers and business leaders for high-level dialogue on the future of dispute resolution and the evolving role of courts and arbitral institutions. The programme focused on effective and future-ready dispute resolution frameworks, practical and enforceable solutions, preservation of commercial relationships and support for timely project delivery. The Summit reinforced Abu Dhabi’s growing role as a leading regional and international centre for arbitration and commercial dispute resolution.
