Abu Dhabi Chamber Underscores the ‘Sustainability Label’ as a Key Driver of Private Sector Competitiveness

The Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry participated in Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week 2026 from 11 to 15 January, reaffirming its commitment to sustainable business practices and private-sector competitiveness.
The Chamber’s participation highlighted its institutional role in consolidating a sustainable and integrated business ecosystem and aligning economic policy with responsible long-term growth.
A central focus was the Sustainability Label, a strategic initiative that helps companies assess performance, improve environmental, social and governance practices and enhance readiness for changing market and regulatory expectations.
Through the initiative, the Chamber supports companies in embedding sustainability into strategy and operations, strengthening resilience, investor confidence and long-term competitiveness.
